Dispute Resolution Solicitor – Plymouth
One of the Top Firms in the Plymouth area is now looking for a dynamic Solicitor to join their Commercial Dispute Resolution team. This would suit an experienced Commercial Disputes Solicitor whose looking to take their next step up in their career.
The firm are in an incremental stage in their development right now hence why this position has become available for a 5+ PQE Solicitor. There is opportunity to advise on London quality work with cases regularly coming into the firm UK wide, especially from major cities like London, Birmingham and Bristol.
You will be expected to advise and manage a quality caseload of an array of Commercial Disputes. This includes Commercial Property Disputes, Construction Disputes, Asset and Debt Recoveries, Professional Negligence, Insolvency as well as general Commercial Disputes.
