Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Bristol

Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE

TSR Legal is recruiting for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor or qualified Legal Executive to join an established national law firm’s Bristol team. About the Role

You’ll join an experienced team handling a varied caseload of claimant Clinical Negligence matters, including cases involving complex medical evidence and substantial damages.

The role offers a combination of independent case management, team collaboration and opportunities to develop your technical expertise.

Key Duties

• Manage claimant Clinical Negligence matters from initial assessment through to settlement or litigation.
• Investigate liability, causation and quantum.
• Review medical records and coordinate independent medical expert evidence.
• Draft witness statements, legal documentation and client correspondence.
• Negotiate settlements and support litigation proceedings.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout sensitive and often complex cases.
