Due to continued growth and an expanding client portfolio, our client is seeking an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate Corporate Solicitor to join its award-winning Corporate team based in central Bristol.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly regarded team advising on a broad range of sophisticated and high-value corporate transactions for an impressive client base ranging from owner-managed businesses and fast-growth companies to national corporates, private equity houses, and institutional investors.

The Role:

The successful candidate will play a key role within a busy and growing corporate practice, working closely with experienced partners and recognised specialists on a wide variety of corporate matters, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Private equity and investment transactions
• Corporate restructures and reorganisations
• Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
• Corporate governance and advisory work
• Management buyouts and buy-ins
• Capital markets and transactional support
• General company law and strategic commercial advice

You will have the opportunity to take significant responsibility on transactions, manage client relationships, supervise junior lawyers where appropriate, and contribute to ongoing business development initiatives across the firm.
