Legal Advisor – Personal Injury

TSR Legal is proud to be working with a leading regional law firm seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to join its busy Injury Services Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of Personal Injury matters while supporting the wider team on more complex claims.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing a caseload of litigated fast-track Personal Injury claims
- Handling Criminal Injuries Compensation claims
- Drafting legal correspondence using the firm’s case management system
- Progressing matters efficiently from instruction through to completion
- Delivering high standards of client care and service throughout the claims process
- Supporting solicitors on multi-track matters where required
About You
Applications are welcomed from candidates with previous experience in a Legal Advisor or similar Personal Injury role.
You will also demonstrate:
- The ability to work independently and use initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise a varied and busy workload
- A professional and collaborative approach
- Experience using the Ministry of Justice Portal would be advantageous
