Charlie joins the TSR family after deciding to swap the wet and windy weather of Australia for the sunny days of South Wales (who can blame her though).

Charlie’s professional career started at one of the leading Banks in the UK. She decided to join their apprenticeship scheme to become a part of their first Welsh customer service team. Having excelled in this role, Charlie was then promoted to their client support team to assist the private banking managers. After 5 years, Charlie made the difficult decision to follow her dreams of going to work in Australia.

During her time in Australia, Charlie experienced many different working environments. It ranged from being a Traffic Control Officer in Sydney to a Campervan Depo Manager in Cairns. Don’t worry though, it wasn’t all work work work. She also made time to explore, her highlight being climbing the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Charlie found her ideal role when she became a Recruitment Consultant for an industry leading Recruitment agency. Her skill-set and bubbly personality was the perfect combination to helping her succeed in this role. Yet when the opportunity arose to join the TSR Legal team, Charlie jumped at the chance.

Charlie went on to say “The moment I walked into the office, my mind was already made up. Their commitment to investing in their staff and providing them with the necessary tools to succeed was refreshing to see. You could feel a real positive energy when stepping into the office and you can see that every member of the team is pulling in the same direction. Each day I walk into the office with a spring in my step and I can not wait to see what the future holds for me and TSR.”

In her spare time, Charlie likes to take part in a variety of sporting activities. When we asked her to pick her favourite, she had to take a minute. “My real passion lies with football and long distance running.” Fortunately for her, her second favourite hobby is being a ‘foodie’ – this gives her plenty of energy for all these extra activities!

We are thrilled to have Charlie on board and have no doubts she will be a great addition.
