Office Manager – Dorchester

A leading legal practice with offices throughout Dorset and Somerset is seeking to appoint a skilled Office Manager to join their offices in Dorchester.

The successful candidate will have strong management and supervisory skills, and experience of working within the legal sector. Legal Secretarial/Administration experience is highly desirable. Applications are encouraged from adaptable candidates with proven communication skills, a track record of using trouble-shooting skills and from those who take a hands-on approach to their workload.

 

On a daily basis you will be responsible for the line management of business support staff at the practice. Your additional responsibilities will include health & safety and data protection; weekly reporting; overseeing building maintenance; recruitment; and records & budget duties.
